Process: Cook rice and allow it to cool. Take a pan pour some oil add all ingredients fry it. mix fried ingredients and grated mango to cooked rice.Garnish with coariander leaves.

Ingredients: Saemiya
Ghee
Sugar
Water
Cashew nuts
Process:Take a pan pour some ghee and fry saemiya. Take another bowl and pour water& boil it then add fried saemiya & sugar to it finally garnish with cashewnuts.
